About the role

We are seeking a proactive, skilled, compassionate professional to provide occupational therapy services to people living with MND in Western Australia. This is a new venture for MNDAWA and its a real opportunity for the right person to make it their own.

Specifically, we are looking for someone who has:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
• Knowledge of NDIS
• The skills and temperament to work independently and flexibly
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the confidence to present to groups
• Like working with the support of a motivated and committed team
• Have your own vehicle which is comprehensively insured

Knowledge of MND, while an advantage is not a prerequisite as training and a comprehensive orientation program will be provided.

This position is 3 days a week and initially for a 12 month fixed term. MNDAWA is flexible about work days and hours.
