About the role

Based in Bunbury this position will be responsible for providing information, coordination, education and support to clients and families living in the Bunbury region. Support is delivered through phone calls, home visits and specialist clinic attendance.

You will also deliver education to health and residential facilities as well as family members and clients in the area. 

This role would suit someone with an allied health or Nursing background who has had previous experience or has knowledge of MND.

MNDAWA has a large stock of equipment and assistive technology which it loans to people with MND. A basic understanding of this equipment  will be required and training will be given.

Some knowledge of NDIS would be useful but not essential.

MNDAWA is the leading specialist support organisation, enhancing quality of life, raising awareness and promoting research for people living with MND in WA. We do this through our core values of care, inclusivity, service, collaboration and quality. The successful applicant will be self-driven and goal orientated with a strong initiative to make a difference in the lives of families living with MND in WA.

The position is 2 days a week and MNDAWA is flexible to hours and work arrangements.
