The Home Building Advocacy Service (HoBAS) is a state-wide program that provides legal advice and advocacy services to NSW residential home building consumers before the NSW Civil and Administrative tribunal. HoBAS targets consumers who have an ongoing dispute with a building contractor despite prior involvement by NSW Fair Trading. We prioritise assisting a range of disadvantaged groups, including members of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, people living in rural, regional or remote communities, elderly people and members of culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
The Home Building Advocacy Service is seeking a passionate and motivated solicitor to join our team.

As part of the team, you would provide a range of legal services to NSW home building consumers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social justice and committed to serving the community.
