Miss V the non-toxic cleaner is a growing company situated in the inner north of Melbourne. Our office is in Brunswick and all jobs are located in Brunswick, Coburg, Pascoe Vale, Thornbury, Northcote, Reservoir. Preston, Carlton, Collingwood, Fitzroy, Kensington and North Melbourne. House cleans are on average 2-3 hours each with some larger jobs extending to 5 hours. A full day with us is around 6 hours and applicants must commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week. House cleans are between 9 and 5 pm. Office cleans are between 6-9 am. Or 6 pm-11 pm Monday to Friday.

Our focus is on using products that are biodegradable, animal and people friendly with the lowest possible impact on the environment. We use scrubbing pads made from coconut fibres that are compostable and use wooden dusters made from sustainable timbers. So focusing on our tools as well as the products we use. We have been operating for approximately 10 years.

We also have a growing bike division where staff use their own bicycles with our trailers to travel to their jobs - fewer cars on roads.

Regular clientele are our focus. We offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleans. Although it's a flexible position, you will be offered a set fortnightly schedule of hours.

We use mainly citrus-based cleaners, organic & pure essential oils and other low tox alternatives. All equipment is provided including cloths, vacuum and microfibre mop. All training is provided.

Transport is required by using your own vehicle or becoming part of our bike team. You'll need your own bicycle to be a rider with Miss V and must be a confident and regular rider.

Applicants are paid the casual cleaners award and all insurances are paid for you. This is not a position for subcontractors.

A police check, photo ID and references are required before working independently.
