Your Opportunity

If you're passionate about helping young people at risk, here is an opportunity for you to bring your sector management experience and lead our dedicated team.

We are seeking a Program Manager for our YouthBeat Program based in Northbridge. This comprehensive program provides mobile outreach to young people in the Northbridge and inner city areas. YouthBeat also runs support activities for young people.

You will be responsible for planning, leading, managing and developing a youth outreach team to execute high quality and contractually compliant services to young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness within the Perth metropolitan area. You'll develop close working relationships with government and non-government stakeholders, to have a profound impact on the lives of young Western Australians.

Requirements for Success

To be successful in this role you will need to possess:

  • Relevant degree or qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in staff supervision of a service delivery team
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver service outcomes on time and in compliance with funding requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience in budget and financial management 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
