Mission Australia Housing is an established and progressive, Tier One National Community Housing Provider of social and affordable housing and also provides both tenancy and asset management services for a number of third party organisations and private investors.

Mission Australia has been providing Housing services to Tasmania for 12 years and took on the management of 500 properties in Southern Tasmania in 2013. This role will be actively involved in Mission Australia Housing’s growing portfolio in Tasmania and will require strategic vision and successful delivery through collaborative teamwork.
The Community Engagement Officer will be responsible for building and delivering a Community Engagement Plan with tenants, residents, the surrounding community, support services, and with internal and external stakeholders. The Community Engagement Plan will form part of the local Community Development Plan with a ‘whole of community’ approach.
