Your Opportunity

The Mission Australia Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Service is a person-centred residential program in Darwin, NT. The service provides day and therapeutic services and programs for people with alcohol and other drug addictions including volatile substance misuse while addressing the impact of that substance misuse on people's mental health and wellbeing.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Undertake assessment and referral of clients
  • Act as an advocate for clients
  • Take all relevant steps to ensure client outcomes are achieved
  • Documenting activities or occurrences in reports and/or letters

Requirements for Success:

  • Certificate III in Alcohol and other Drugs (Or ability to obtain)
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Current NT Drivers’ license
  • Computer Literate in MS Office applications
  • Experience in a similar role preferred

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
