Your new role

As an experienced Mental Health Practitioner, you will combine your passion for supporting the needs of the community and recovery orientated practice. We believe in playing to your strengths to ensure we are identifying the needs of our clients and delivering the required services:

  • 1:1 Outreach
  • Support Coordination
  • Group Day Activities
  • Recovery Retreats

To be successful you have a willingness to grow, learn and implement high quality practices. Ideally have experience in the Fee for Service model (NDIS) and ensure our customer experience is about their journey to recovery and reaching their goals.

What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications (minimum certificate IV) in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or other health related field
  • Knowledge of working within a recovery oriented framework to support individuals, families and carers
  • Experience in developing strength based assessments with clients
  • Ability to support the facilitation and the re-engagement and maintenance of family and carer relationships
  • Experience in supporting client to develop their daily living skills and capacity for self-care
