About the role:

This role, as the first point of contact, requires outstanding customer service! You are professional and friendly, and have the ability to communicate at all levels with a solutions focussed approach. Everyday will be different establishing the Customer File, discussing service options, scheduling appointments, processing billing and resolving customer enquiries. You will also deliver administrative support to a team of Mental Health Practitioners, the ability to juggle priorities with a can do attitude is key to the success in this role. This role is part time and can be spread across 5 days within business hours (9.00am - 5.00pm).
