About the role

Based in Bendigo, Victoria, The Way Back is a non-clinical service that provides psychosocial support to people experiencing a suicidal crisis or have attempted suicide. Our goals are to support at risk individuals to stay safe, build their capacity for self-managing distress and improve mental wellbeing.

Bringing your high level of communication skills you will deliver exceptional customer service, respond to email/phone queries, schedule appointments and provide administrative support to the wider team. Flexibility as to the work days and hours will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Duties

  • Ensure high quality and welcoming customer experience
  • Appointment scheduling and providing administrative support
  • Data entry, maintenance of client records, data analysis

What you’ll bring

  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in customer service and data entry
  • Strong analysis and data understanding, able to work with large datasets
  • Qualifications in the areas of customer service, data entry and administrative/medical environment or other relevant fields
  • Driver’s licence and Working with Children check or willingness to obtain
