Mind operate Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short-Term Accommodation services for people with severe and enduring psychosocial disability, these residences are staffed 24/7 and funded through residents NDIS packages. Our practice is guided by Mind’s model of recovery oriented practice, the SIL model and our dual disability framework; services operate in collaboration with the local community with a focus on supporting people to achieve their life goals.
We are seeking two experienced, resilient Community Mental Health Practitioners in the Chadstone area to work on 12 month fixed term, part time 26 hours/ week opportunities with a possibility of permanency, predominately afternoons from 2.30pm until 10.30pm. You will support our complex needs customers to achieve their recovery goals through one-to-one support, facilitating peer learning workshops and assistance with daily tasks in a shared living arrangement.
