About the role

You will provide individual and shared support within a residential setting in Wodonga. The role supports customers to achieve their recovery goals through one-to-one support, facilitating learning workshops and assistance with daily tasks in a shared living arrangement. The role also plays an integral role in developing individual programs; plans that outline goals, aspirations and desires working towards recovery and independent living.

What are we looking for?

  • Tertiary qualifications (minimum certificate IV) in Mental Health, Youth Work, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Experience working directly with people with mental health issues and their families and carers.
  • Ability to lead a team to deliver quality service outcomes.
  • Skills and experience in advocacy, collaboration, facilitation, evaluation and problem solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet client service delivery requirements.
