Mind operates Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short-Term Accommodation services for people with severe and enduring psychosocial disability and often dual disability. SIL residences are staffed 24/7 and funded through NDIS packages, clients are provided with individual supports in a residential setting and within a group when shared learning is seen to be beneficial. Services operate in the context of the local community with a focus on supporting people to achieve their better life goals.
We are seeking a high-performing, resilient Community Mental Health Practitioner - Team Leader for a permanent, part time (20 hours per week) opportunity within the new Haven ‘home away from home’ property in the Mooroopna/ Shepparton region. Managing and inspiring a team you will act as the practice lead to ensure the delivery of quality recovery-oriented services to our complex care residents.
