About the role

The role supports customers to achieve their recovery goals through one-to-one support, facilitating peer learning workshops and assistance with daily tasks in a shared living arrangement. The role also plays an integral role with adult psychosocial and dual disability with developing individual programs; plans that outline goals, aspirations and desires working towards recovery and independent living.

You will have:

• Tertiary qualifications (minimum Certificate IV) in Mental Health, Social Work, Community Services or other health-related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a recovery oriented framework.
• The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• The ability to engage in reflective practice.
