The Sub-Acute Eastern IPRSS program supports individuals with mental health issues within a framework of recovery that is focused on strengths and capabilities. IPRSS supports clients to maintain a sustainable purposeful lifestyle that has meaning and value, actively participate in community life and reduce social isolation, and enhance independent living skills and establish positive connection with external service providers, family and carers.
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Community Mental Health Practitioner - Lead Practitioner - First Nations for a permanent, part time (26 hours per week) opportunity on Kaurna Country. Working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, you will act as the practice lead and provide person-centred, recovery-oriented supports in line with Mind’s Model of Recovery-Oriented Practice to ensure identified goals and aspirations align with an individual’s plan.
