We have an exciting opportunity in our outreach team based in the Bass Coast or South Gippsland Region. This role will see you delivering mobile services and group activities tailored to clients’ individual needs within the community.

To be considered for the role, you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications (minimum certificate IV) in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work or other health related field as designated by Mind
• Experience working with people with complex mental health issues and their families and carers
• Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise to meet customer service delivery requirements
• Demonstrated understanding of available community services, supports and the NDIS
• Experience in the development and delivery of group work (highly desirable)
