About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our North East Region team (maternity leave cover). This role is an opportunity to continue growing and developing your career and requires previous experience as a Business Manager with quality leadership skills.

You will lead our Fee for Service Team in the North East region to provide an optimal customer experience and opportunity for customers to enhance their potential and quality of life. Implement the business strategy and manage your team to achieve sustainability targets whilst providing a quality and person-centred service.

The role involves travel to different sites in the region, a fully maintained vehicle is part of the total package.

Your Goal

  • To be a leader who has a strong focus on service delivery and also understands our greatest assets are our people.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand and develop linkages with clients, family, carers and the community
  • Apply your experience in financial management to ensure sustainability of services
  • Coach, lead and develop a team of Practice Leads across multiple sites

What we look for

  • Experience and knowledge of the NDIS Fee For Service Model and understanding of Commercial, Not for Profit, Private Health and Government sectors
  • A track record of successful relationship development and management, strategic partnerships, marketing and communications
  • Outstanding interpersonal and ability to engage and negotiate across a wide stakeholder group
  • Experience in leading and developing high performing teams
  • Ability to manage budgets, analyse data and provide reports
  • Tertiary qualifications in a health discipline and/or business/management
