We are currently looking to recruit a team of Disability Support Workers who have skills in Auslan, who fit with our values and can offer the very best in care to our clients.

The team you will join will provide one on one support to one of our wonderful clients, who uses Auslan as their main method communicating. In this role, you will be active within the Minda community where you will ensure our client is able to achieve their goals and live their life to the fullest, enjoying an active and outdoor lifestyle.

You will need to be available on a rotating roster that covers morning, afternoons and weekend.

Our support workers are the backbone of what we do, and you will be joining a team that is passionate about caring for our clients.
