We are looking for a passionate and committed Client Relationship Officer to work in our Brighton team, to support our Clients and their families to access Minda services through their NDIS Plans..
Working closely with our Clients, you will create Service Agreements that reflect their individual needs and goals to be delivered by Minda programs while meeting the funded requirements as per their NDIS Plan.
Most critical in this role is the ability to translate people’s needs and funded requirements into the Client service agreement, and to look beyond what is ‘reasonable and necessary’ finding ways to assist people living with disability to live extraordinary lives – every day.
You will bring to this role a passion and enthusiasm for working with others to make things happen. Your understanding of available service options and the changing needs of our Clients will allow you to develop and streamline our agreement related processes. Your ability to liaise with all kinds of people and organisations will be a strength and you will use this to get the best outcome for the people we support, and your attention to detail will ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
