Milk Crate Theatre effects social change through the power of performance.
We provide opportunities for people whose voices are under-represented to engage in artistic practice to build confidence, skills and connections; and then share their bold and resonant stories to build empathy and break down barriers.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow Milk Crate Theatre’s revenue and play a leading role in delivering our vision of effecting social change through the power of performance. Working closely with the CEO, you will lead our strategic fundraising and revenue generation activities with a focus on major donors, trusts, foundations and partners.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in securing income from trusts and foundation, corporate or major donors and brilliant interpersonal and communications skills, with a proven ability to develop genuine long-term relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Offered in a part-time basis, we support flexible working arrangements and welcome applicants who are managing families or study with work or looking for better work-life balance. This role will be able to access Salary Packaging in line with our policies.
