THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking people to provide practical support with ‘every day’ life, assisting people to achieve their goals and build independence. This could involve assisting people with budgeting, cooking, household cleaning, grocery shopping, socialising, accompanying people to medical appointments and transportation needs. These positions are available across the Southern, Northern and Eastern Suburbs of Perth. You will join our team of Community Mental Health Workers who work in our Individualised Services Program supporting people with their NDIS plan. You must be available to work weekdays, with some early evenings and weekends if required. These are casual positions (hours to be negotiated) with the opportunity to be considered for permanent part time following a probationary period . You will be working in the persons home and community and may be working with more than one person each day. The role requires some travel between individuals.
