You are a highly organised, energetic, dynamic individual with exceptional problem-solving skills. You listen, plan, document and deliver while building relationships with various stakeholders across regions. You pride yourself in being resilient, customer-focused, approachable with high attention to detail and excellent reporting and administrative skills. You are passionate, confident and willing to come up with new/ fresh ideas however you respect other's point of view and can express your personal views in a constructive and diplomatic manner.

You understand what it takes to be a part of a busy team and always ready to go the extra mile to meet deadlines, changing priorities and projects.

You are an independent, proactive advisor but are also able to follow direction/s from your manager and can work within a tight-knit team. You relish challenges and new experiences within the discipline of people and culture and are willing to learn and grow in aspects relating to your job, which you might not be very familiar with.

About this opportunity

This position will report to Manager, Recruitment Services however work collaboratively with team leads/ hiring managers and the broader People and Culture team.

The Recruitment Advisor is responsible for supporting the workforce plan for the Wellways Victoria and Tasmania region by leading resourcing and recruitment activities to ensure recruitment needs are met consistently and successfully. This opportunity allows the successful applicant to showcase their drive, passion and effective recruitment planning skills as well as shape up a growing people and culture service. You will be a credible and trusted advisor responsible for building relationships with an ability to support, coach and mentor hiring managers relating all talent acquisition/recruitment matters and provide them with exceptional technical and administrative support.

What do you need?

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end contemporary recruitment practices
  • Experience with high volume recruitment practices
  • Technical knowledge and skills in providing excellent recruitment solutions and support to hiring managers
  • Excellent communication skills (both, verbal and written)
