About the role

This position provides effective executive support to the Director People & Culture, the Director Information Communication Technology and the Director Corporate Services. The role will work in close collaboration with the Executive team and will interface with both internal and external stakeholders.

This role will focus on the provision of value-adding support services to support the delivery of key strategic and operational outcomes. The role will operate within an environment of tight timelines and will involve a variety of work activities and a level of autonomy in day-to-day service delivery decisions. The key to success will be the ability to effectively prioritise work outputs and manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders.

This role will work in close collaboration with an established Executive Support team.

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following key skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide PA support at a senior executive level
  • Exceptional secretarial and computer skills (ie. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Solid administration skills and experience in the provision of administrative/secretarial support in a matrix management environment
  • Ability to communicate and establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work effectively within set timeframes
  • Prior experience working within the sector or with a community-based organisation is desirable but not essential

Pre-employment compliance requirements:

  • Evidence of working rights within Australia
  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
