About the program

Consumer Directed Services (CDS) refers to services which are led and funded by individual consumers. It provides participants with choice, control and flexibility. This includes supports such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme. These services provide support, care and access to services and technology for Australians with disabilities as well as their families and carers.

About the role

Wellways is seeking a CDS Rosterer who will be responsible for organising appropriate staff, briefing staff on responsibilities and shift requirements and specifications for each client request in accordance with organisational policy, process and management direction. The role is also required to work as a part of a team and build relationships with the regional team as per regional allocations.

Key responsibilities include, however, are not limited to:

  • Implementing rostering requests with accuracy and efficiency in a timely manner
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Ensuring that all case noting is up to date, comprehensive, accurate, compliant and secure
  • Managing a shared rostering inbox and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Developing relationships with both staff and participants

Skills & experience:

  • Operating a range of computer-based applications including Carelink Software, Outlook, Skype and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous customer service and administration experience
