Skylight programs deliver a range of recovery-oriented community mental health services by working alongside people experiencing mental illness, family and friends who support them, and the broader general South Australian community.
Skylight currently employees staff to deliver services across metropolitan, rural and remotes sites in South Australia to meet our strategic business goals. Under the direction of a Manager, the Staff Development Coordinator - Service Delivery will take responsibility for the recruitment, training and continuous improvement of Skylight’s Service Delivery workforce. This includes ensuring appropriate resourcing for all staff teams, as well as excellence in practice as per Skylight’s Service Standards.
At a time of major development in the sector, we are looking for energetic, flexible, adaptable and responsive staff.
