Skylight is recruiting a Manager – Service Delivery for a 12-month Maximum Term Contract until January 2026. The role is classified at SCHADS Level 8 with generous salary packaging and based in metro Adelaide and Murray Bridge with integrated with Working from Home arrangements.
Skylight Mental Health currently delivers services across a range of sites in South Australia in line with strategic business goals through block funding, NDIS revenue streams, sponsorship and fee for service income.
The Manager - Service Delivery will join a Management Team responsible for the strategic direction of a significant and established mental health agency delivering high quality mental health outcomes to a vulnerable SA community. The successful candidate will establish, grow and monitor service streams, monitor costs and oversee teams across metropolitan, rural and remote South Australian sites to perform against KPI’s in delivering services to a high needs participant group.
