Skylight is keen to recruit Customer Relations Officers to support Skylight service delivery within a customer service position.

The tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to general enquires from participants and members of the community,
  • Identifying service needs and engaging in administrative functions to support organisational requirements,
  • Answering first point of contact calls,
  • Completing bookings for all Skylight services, all within a fast paced environment.

The Customer Relations Officer will be required to build and maintain respectful and compassionate relationships with Skylight participants.

The role is classified as SACS 2.4 and Maximum Term Contracts until 30 June 2022. We have vacancies at Wayville and Elizabeth locations.

Requirements for Success

  • A Cert II in Business Administration or similar qualification and / or experience in reception and administration support services with a community or health organisation will be well-regarded
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in reception and administration work
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and proven ability in providing excellent customer service
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated high level communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal
  • Proven ability to take initiative, problem solve and work autonomously when required
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace change and strive for continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management databases would be advantageous
