About the position:

We are seeking Receptionists on a Casual basis for our Kilsyth and Carrum Downs Offices. The successful incumbent will fill-in when one of our Receptionists is on leave/absent. The Receptionist will always maintain a positive and cheerful disposition, with an absolute commitment to exceptional customer service, as the first point of contact for individuals and families looking for care and support. The position is based in a busy environment and a proven track record of managing a diverse range of responsibilities or situations will be highly regarded.

To be considered for the role you must have:

Qualifications

• A business-related Diploma would be advantageous

Skills:

• Strong demonstrated experience in a Reception role or similar, preferably in the Aged Care Sector
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Ms Word, Excel and Outlook
• Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and work
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• The ability or willingness to speak or learn another language with an understanding of other cultures preferred

A police check with no disclosable outcomes and current flu vaccination is required by MiCare for this position.

A commitment to work exclusively with MiCare Residential Aged Care facility as your only employer during COVID-19 will be highly regarded.
