The Brisbane Zero team will work towards the Brisbane Zero Campaign, as a strategy of the Brisbane Alliance to End Homelessness. The Brisbane Zero team will work as a part of Micah Projects to form the backbone agency for the Brisbane Zero Campaign to guide vision and strategy, support aligned activities, establish shared measurement, build public will, advance policy and mobilise funding.

Micah Projects is a community, Brisbane based not-for-profit organisation with a vision to create justice and respond to injustice at the personal, social, and structural levels in church, government, business and society. We believe that every child and adult has the right to a home, an income, healthcare, education, safety, dignity, and connection with their community of choice. Micah Projects provides a range of support and advocacy services to individuals and families.

Micah Projects is seeking a Project Lead to work as part of the Brisbane Zero team to implement the Know By Name List methodology and support the Brisbane Zero Campaign, ensuring a collaborative approach to end homelessness across services in Brisbane. This position will be a fixed term, part time position to 5 January 2021, with the possibility of extension and is classified under the SCHADS Award as a Level 5. The position will be shared with the Team Leader who will cover 2 days a week, while the Project Lead will cover 3 days a week.
