We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic and energetic professional with a minimum of 2 years industry experience in IT support to join our result driven and highly passionate team at Metro Assist. Metro Assist Limited provides vital community service that makes a real difference to the wellbeing of individuals, families, and communities. We work with newly arrived migrants and refugees, and families experiencing vulnerabilities, financial hardship, domestic violence, and homelessness issues. In this role, you will have an opportunity to build and hone your skills in managing system help desk support and data security management system and programs. You will be mentored and supervised by experienced system engineers and a data/cyber security expert.
As an IT Support Officer, you will work on a compliance program and contribute towards strengthening our information security management system (ISMS) accredited to ISO 27001:2013 and the Australian Government’s Risk For Fit Framework (RFFR).
