Your new role

As an Intake and Service provider you will be responsible for:

• Promote Merri Health Home Care Package Program
• Triage enquiries and referrals and coordinate all intake
• Support the smooth delivery of Home Care Packages to consumers
• Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience working with Home Care Packages
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience to support a smooth service operation
• Financial acumen to be able to develop and monitor budgets
• High organisation and prioritising skills with demonstrated ability to meet set targets and deadlines in a dynamic and growing environment
