About the role

The role requires the successful candidate to provide efficient, effective and high-quality curriculum development and management across all programs. You will customise training and assessment material in consultation with the content experts to suit specific client or needs and to meet the changing demands of the organisation.

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • Proven effectiveness in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development interventions across a range of delivery methods
  • Demonstrated experience of curriculum development within a multifaceted education environment in particular health related
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with key stakeholders
  • Competence in system applications, including Microsoft Office, Articulate and Learning Management Systems
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of policies and procedures within a learning and development environment
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
