The Opportunity

The EIPSR program team provides recovery oriented, strengths based outreach psychosocial support to people experiencing mental illness. The Team Leader provides leadership, support and regular professional supervision to EIPSR team members. The Team Leader plays a key role in high level liaison with other service providers, and in particular Peninsula Health, to ensure the smooth transition of clients to services upon discharge from clinical services.

About You

We are looking for an experienced leader with practical service delivery skills within a trauma informed, person centred framework.

Demonstrated liaison and negotiation skills, particularly within a multi agency mental health service delivery environment are necessary.

Required

  • Tertiary qualifications in mental health, social work, occupational therapy or a related discipline (minimum Advanced Diploma)
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in mental health
  • Experience in a leadership position required
  • Satisfactory National Police Records check
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Current driver's licence
  • Working with Children Check
