As one of the largest health services in Victoria, and a team of more than 10,000 strong, we provide a comprehensive range of specialist medical, surgical, and mental health services; as well as rehabilitation, aged care, outpatient and community programs. We are a designated state-wide provider for services including trauma, and we lead centres of excellence for tertiary services in several key specialties including neurosciences, nephrology, oncology, cardiology and virtual health.

Your new team

  • We are a multidisciplinary team working with our consumers on their recovery journey.
  • We enjoy a collaborative and supportive working environment within a healthy workplace culture.
  • You will help us achieve the holistic support of consumers who require a high level of clinical support and intensive rehabilitation in order to manage their mental health and wellbeing.
  • In return, you will be supported to experience a therapeutic relationship with our long term consumers, develop professionally and contribute to a valuable and rewarding area of mental health service delivery.

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

  • Provide strategic leadership of the clinical team to ensure evidence based best practice and contemporary models of care
  • Work with the leadership team in order to support the clinical staff in the provision of complex clinical care for consumers experiencing psychiatric illness-specifically in the assessment and treatment of consumers with complex mental health needs.
  • Promote a friendly, respectful and collaborative environment within the CCU, across the Area Mental Health Service and with all stakeholders.
