As the new NUM McLellan House, you will provide operational, financial and clinical leadership of our Residential Aged Care Facility ensuring contemporary and high standards of safe nursing care are delivered. McLellan House residents are higher functioning and the facility operates a social and life style model maintaining the best life style for their residents.
In this role, you will report to and be supported by our Director of Nursing, Residential Aged Care Services. We have a supportive team culture and encourage growth of our team and one another via reflective practice, education and a collaborative focus.
We are looking for a nursing leader who can lead our multidisciplinary team to continue delivering high quality person centred care which is culturally sensitive and ensures safe practice.
