Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

• Provide accurate and timely advice to employees and managers on HR process, policy, employment terms and conditions
• Support hiring managers to execute best practice recruitment and selection
• Prepare contracts of employment in line with EBAs and legislation
• Ensure data integrity relating to new hires and employment changes
• Deliver innovative process improvement initiatives that add value to the business

Your Contribution

• Proven experience in a HR Advisor/Recruitment Officer capacity
• Understanding of contemporary recruitment principles and practices
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively consult and influence across a range of stakeholders
• Innovative mindset and ability to think outside the box
