What you will do

  • Provide a high-quality customer focused service from enquiry to upgrade
  • Bookings and manage appointments
  • Undertake phone surveys with customers and project participants
  • Administrative tasks such as preparing and posting letters to participants
  • General project administration

What an average week might look like

  • Answer the phone and respond to email enquiries from program participants.
  • Assess the eligibility of potential program participants.
  • Provide general advice and information about the project to customers, project participants, delivery partners and installers over the phone and by email.
  • Collect personal data and other information from potential project participants and record it directly in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system whilst on the phone.
  • Book home visits for program participants and subcontracted installers.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve enquiries and issues

How you will make an impact

This role is integral to the delivery of the Victorian Healthy Homes Program to a high-quality standard, providing participants with up to date information and scheduling of their home upgrades. The Healthy Homes Program is a research study aiming to identify whether improved thermal performance of a home, for people with pre-existing health issues, correlates to improved overall health and wellbeing.

You will have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Experience working with vulnerable members of the community is highly desirable
  • Experience in data management and administration
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
