What an average week might look like

  • Maintain and manage relationships with a pool of suppliers, including managing the contracts with these suppliers
  • Assist the Manager, Major Projects with managing the relationship with the program funder
  • Assist with scheduling of work for project delivery partners
  • Coordinate multiple and concurrent residential installations of energy efficient products.
  • Design and execute effective project plans as required
  • Ensure accurate and timely internal and external reporting and planning
  • Monitor the project timelines, regularly report on project status

How you will make an impact

This role is integral to the delivery of the Victorian Healthy Homes Program to a high-quality standard on time and within budget, managing the supplier relationships to deliver a range of retrofit options. The Healthy Homes Program is a research study aiming to identify whether improved thermal performance of a home, for people with pre-existing health issues, correlates to improved overall health and wellbeing.

You will have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service with proven ability to work with vulnerable people in the community
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Experience in coordination of projects according to timeframes, budgets and high standards
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Broad based energy market knowledge, current practices and technological developments in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency
