The Telehealth Division has been providing essential services to the community on behalf of our clients for over twenty years.  Our Mental Health and Human Services team consists of over 350 mental professionals (mental health nurses, counsellors, social workers, psychologists) that work virtually 24/7 365 days of the year. 

The Opportunity

The MH Telehealth team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader reporting to the Head of Mental Health.  As the Clinical Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of frontline leaders and their direct reports, providing a safe and quality service to the community whilst meeting contractual obligations and KPIs. 

As a truly national virtual team, our staff have the option to work virtually or from the office based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.  From time to time you will be required to work from the office or travel interstate.

About you

You must have:

  • At least five years in a leadership role; and
  • Worked in DV sector; and
  • Be either a:
    • Qualified social worker registered with AASW; or  
    • Registered psychologist with AHPRA. 

Ideally, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in either management, business, project management, or planning and development.

  • Demonstrate high quality strategic and creative thinking, thought leadership and success in relation to the delivery of operational initiatives
  • Proven leadership with track record of leading complex and multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven ability to effectively drive business, culture and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment
  • Ability to use design thinking and agile methodology to manage projects and deliver results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data literacy — The ability to translate data to insights, community outcomes and operational efficiencies.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading operational initiatives in a health environment
