The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organised and independent PMO Coordinator to join the GenV Program Management Office. In this role you will assist the Program Manager with supporting governance processes, project management activities and other support services essential to the success of the program. You will be tasked with maintaining the PMO’s processes, compiling and writing reports, supporting and coordinating assigned program and project activities, including continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful in the role you will have experience in a project or research and development (R&D) environment, preferably in life science, healthcare or research sectors. You will possess exceptional communication skills and be able to operate as a team player within the PMO, as well as across the Program’s various workstreams.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • To support, coordinate and implement delivery of the GenV Program Management Office (PMO) services
  • Effective coordination of PMO activities including governance processes, risk management and reporting
  • To support and coordinate program and project activities, including continuous improvement initiatives
  • Effective day-to-day management of the GenV program management office
  • Contribute to a strong, cohesive and caring team culture across the Program

About You:

  • Degree or qualification in relevant field (preferably Science, Life Science, Healthcare, Research)
  • 3-years+ of experience working in a project environment, or research and development (R&D) in Life Sciences, Healthcare or Research
  • Demonstrated experience in project management or Program Management Offices, including planning, monitoring, evaluation, time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating office management activities
