An opportunity to work with sisters and employees as part of the mission of the Sisters of Mercy Australia and Papua New Guinea.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO provides leadership, support, and oversight of the ministries within McAuley Ministries Limited (MML) so that:
McAuley Ministries Limited provides governance for 57 small ministries of Institute of the Sisters of Mercy of Australia and Papua New Guinea. 80 sisters and staff provide a wide range of professional services including:

All who work with us are expected to take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection of children and vulnerable adults and to comply with legislative requirements and MML’s Code of Conduct and safeguarding policies and procedures, including responding to and reporting all suspicions and allegations of abuse.
All successful applicants will be required to hold a current Working with Children Check. Some positions will also require a Police clearance.
The role is currently based in Sydney, but the location of the role is open to negotiation.
