Our Disability Employment Services (DES) program assist individuals with an injury, disability or ill health connect with prospective employers through the development of Employment Pathway Plans to secure and maintain sustainable employment.
We are currently seeking a professional and motivated individual to join our team in the position of Post Placement and Ongoing Support Consultant. Responsible for the provision of specialised individual support and intervention to participants who have attained employment, you will be required to support the centralised claims team by obtaining compliant documentation for claiming purposes.
Based at our Campbelltown site and working across the Camden and Ingleburn sites, this position works with an upbeat and supportive team of 7. Day-to-day this position will be required to:
