About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Employment Consultant who can provide a high level of customer service and engagement to assist those in the community with various barriers to employment to find suitable work.

Based in Melton and working in a close knit team, this is an exceptionally rewarding position where no two days will be the same. Through your engagement and support of jobseekers with varying barriers and capacities you will be responsible for conducting initial job seeker assessment, building relationships to promote engagement and compliance and identifying and promoting employability skills and job matching.

This position is suited to a go-getter who with highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills and demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail and an ability to engage and influence.

Please note, in line with requirements for this position, the recruitment process will require the preferred candidate to consent to a criminal history check.
