About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Employment Consultant who can provide a high level of customer service and engagement to assist those in the community with various barriers to employment to find suitable work.

Based at our Rockingham site and part of a motivated, fun and supportive team, this is an exceptionally rewarding position where you will be able to work with jobseekers to assist them in their pathway to employment. Through your engagement and support of jobseekers with varying barriers and capacities you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting initial job seeker assessments to determine requirements
  • Building relationships to promote engagement and compliance
  • Working with job seekers to identifying and promote employability skills and job matching

This position is suited to a go-getter who with highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills and demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail and an ability to engage and influence.

Please note, in line with requirements for this position, the recruitment process will require the preferred candidate to consent to a criminal history check.
