About the Role

We are seeking a self-driven and ambitious individual who can apply their high-level customer service and client and customer engagement skills to assist those in the community with various barriers to employment to find suitable work.

Based in Werribee and working within a supportive, motivated, and dedicated team, this is an exceptionally rewarding position where no two days will be the same.

Through your engagement and support of jobseekers with varying barriers and capacities, the position will require you to:

• Engage with local employers to create employment opportunities for our candidates through various marketing activities such as face-to-face marketing of job ready candidates,
• Identify and attend local networking opportunities and events
• Work with employment consultants within the team to present candidates for generated vacancies with employers

This position is suited to a go-getter who with highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills and demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail and an ability to engage and influence.
