About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer/Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for all face-to-face, phone and electronic enquiries at our Parramatta office. This position is critical to the provision of a high level of customer service to jobseekers, employers, training organisations, support services and general public as well as administration support to the team.

Working as part of a busy site, this is an exceptionally rewarding position where no two days will be the same. With a focus on customer service this position will be required to:

  • Manage a high flow reception area directing enquiries and appointments 
  • Responding to face-to-face, phone and electronic queries 
  • Assisting job seekers with introductory enquiries and information 
  • Site stationery and product ordering 
  • General administration including word processing, running of reports, file management and data entry  

This position is suited to a go-getter who with highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills and demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail and an ability to engage with a diverse group of people. 

This position is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 9am - 5.06pm, however, flexible work arrangements may be negotiated.
