We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer/Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for all face-to-face, phone and electronic enquiries at our Parramatta office. This position is critical to the provision of a high level of customer service to jobseekers, employers, training organisations, support services and general public as well as administration support to the team.
Working as part of a busy site, this is an exceptionally rewarding position where no two days will be the same. With a focus on customer service this position will be required to:

This position is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 9am - 5.06pm, however, flexible work arrangements may be negotiated.
