We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer who will be the first point of contact for all face-to-face, phone and electronic enquiries at our Mt Druitt office. This position is critical to the provision of a high level of customer service to jobseekers, employers, training organisations, support services and general public as well as administration support to the team.
This is an exceptionally rewarding position where no two days will be the same. With a focus on customer service, you will be able to work in a high flow reception area directing enquiries and appointments, apply strong communication and negotiation skills and have administrative skills including word processing, data entry and file management.
This position is suited to a go-getter who with highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills and demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail and an ability to engage and influence.
