Marymead is a well-respected, community-based, not-for-profit organisation that has provided a range of support services to children, young people, and their families since 1967. Marymead now operates throughout the southern and western regional areas of NSW as well as the ACT with offices in Goulburn, Wagga Wagga, Young, Moruya, and Canberra. Marymead is seeking to fill the position outlined below.
Do you want to work as part of a dedicated front-of-house team fostering a positive, helpful, and welcoming environment? The Reception and Administration Officer will work as part of the Administration Team and have regular contact with staff and Marymead clients and visitors. This position is responsible for opening and closing reception, receiving and announcing calls and visitors, processing payments, and a range of other administrative duties such as mail, bookings, data entry and assisting with record keeping.
This is a full-time maternity leave replacement contract for 6 months and will work within our core business hours of 9am to 5pm. This role is based at our Narrabundah office where you will have access to free parking and as a non-profit employer, Marymead is able to provide staff with access to generous salary packaging arrangements.
