Our Permanency Program is looking to recruit a Fulltime Permanency Case Manager in Wagga Wagga. Permanency Case Managers work with children, young people, siblings, foster carers, birth families and significant others, to support, stable, positive and sustainable permanent placement options. They are responsible for delivering therapeutic case management that ensures all domains of a child or young person’s life are addressed and supported and birth families are supported to improve their overall wellbeing and functioning.
