Marymead is a well-respected, community based, not-for-profit organisation that has provided a range of support services to children, young people and their families since 1967. Marymead now operates throughout the southern and western regional areas of NSW as well as the ACT with offices in Goulburn, Wagga Wagga, Young, Moruya and Canberra. Marymead is seeking to fill the positions outlined below.

Role Description

This is a part-time (30 hours per week) maternity leave contract commencing late May 2021 for 12 months. 

Are you interested in the key position supporting the Marymead CEO and Executive? The Executive Coordinator is a pivotal role in the CEOs office supporting the CEO and Executive in governance, quality and compliance records management, providing administration and logistical support, providing secretariat support to the Board, and administration support to legal matters including the coordination of subpoena responses, and acting as a fist point of contact for information requests.  

Qualifications, skills and experience

The preferred candidate has strong attention to detail and high accuracy in the management of records. They understand privacy legislation and its practical application in responding to requests for information. They also have excellent time management and the ability to influence various roles across the organisation to meet compliance and other requirements. The preferred candidate also has secretariat experience and the ability to handle sensitive information.
